I'm guessing that was other-than-stock compression and bored to the point of needing additional head bolts!!! Crazy!!!

Garry, I thnik ..... I think it was for a vertical shaft Wheel Horse if you wanted to use a tiller. Somewhere in my collection I have the tiller, the tines are same for the horizontal tractor but something was different ..... I need to pull it and find out what.
