Yes - but depends on what you have originally and what the 8 speed is from, as far as the brake goes. Early 4 speed changing to a 6 speed is not an issue. 8 speed to 8 speed should not be an issue - both are later styles. Early 4 speed to later 8 speed requires brake linkage from a Raider 10 or 12 .... pulls on the brake differently that the 4 speed. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
