peter lena 8,631 #51 Posted August 7, 2023 @John2189 never use water on it , once you get oil; into the paint finish , thats your , patina , thats your cleaner , thats your paint finish ! been doing this for years , like KROIL to wake up paint , let it soak in a day , wipe down , with clean soft cloth , soak it down again , I also use a cleaner wax with a 6" electric palm buffer . to pull out the shine . then all you do is regularly rub it down to make it shine , you want oil in the finish , not water , pete 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
