Good find.  At least you kept it in Michigan, away from them out of state horse russlers!

I've had tractors delivered to us from Massachusetts New Hampshire and New York so you mid westerners still be safe for a bit.

Nice pick up. I'm finding Wheel Horses for sale in my area are becoming few and far between.

Maybe a trip to Maine would be worthwhile. I got some old garbage cans to barter with!

Real nice find ! I’m considering converting my workhorse 700 to a 1045 with different fenders , tunnel & seat Only thing stopping me is that mine is pretty rare model too.

Nothin wrong with getting another tractor or even putting together a pieces parts one. Good many of us have done that.

Well you could always say it’s a litmus test on how much she loves you. Then tell her she could buy a few too and we (you two) can enjoy them together. 😜😉

I try not to involve my wife on such decisions. The less she know the better for all of us. She’s not stupid but not worth the battle to her. Bills are paid. Kid’s taken care of and she makes more than me so that might have a little to do with her understanding of the situation too. 😂

I agree with Rob.

Buy the nice lady her own ride.

My Trina's really a VERY unusual personality for a female girl woman.

It's legitimately possible she likes workin' with tractors more than me.

She owns 3 of her own.

She's done 3 full restorations too. (2 hers, 1 mine)

Holds true here too so that doesn't hurt. 🤪

Pretty good for 57 years old. I’ll shelf em and put different ones on to run around in.

@Pullstart looks like an aerosol  lubricant opportunity  is staring right at you, very simple , would suck right into that faded paint , stop rust , beading moisture ,  go grease , pete

What spray do you use? Pblaster? Wd40?  Just spray it on then let it soak in? Wash it off with soap and water first? I have a rusty, dirty 656 id like to clean up.
