If they both have points, you're all set. Blasterdad 2,692 #6 Posted August 23, 2022 (edited) A C-101 has a Shaker Plate Mount, A Charger 10 motor should be a long block. You should be able to remove the Shaker Mount & bolt the long block directly to the frame. You will have to use a different bracket for the lower PTO arm mount, it bolts on top of the Tach-A-Matic bracket. 953 nut 55,223 #8 Posted August 23, 2022 Unless the engine has been changed to battery ignition already your engine has the trigger ignition system and the C-101 could be magneto or battery ignition depending on the model number. Please post the ignition type and model number of the C-101 and the ignition system type in your Charger.
