Need help finding …thing

So my horse (1276) will be getting decals in about a week or two since the paint hasn’t cured fully yet already got decals planning to get the right dash bla bla bla …but my parking break knob has been broke on the red side since I owned it and I can’t find what this would be I can’t find any pictures of this one the ones I could find look like levers or hood release knobs and that’s not what mine takes it’s this weird thing with a bolt on the black side and the red side having a net that fits in it and tightens uhhhh whatever it is I looked on redo my horse and wheel horse parts and more and eBay and Amazon and here and even the wheel horse parts finder thing I can’t find it if any you know what this part is or a better way to look it up or know a place that has em that’ll be great they don’t have it on the manual they just show the rod with the pulley at the end with a hole at the top no part shown

Or...

 

Remove all that and add a tensioner spring to the pulley arm. No more clackety racket. Mine had quite a bit of wear on those slotted holes and rattled like crazy.
