stevebo-(Moderator) 8,330 #1 Posted August 15, 2022 So it is that time if the year again for my annual meet and greet and trail ride. The date will be Saturday October 8th. As usual please bring a reliable rider if possible for the 5 mile ride. Bring whatever you would like to eat/grill at the house and whatever you would like to drink. I have fridge in the barn and will have grill available. We will get started around 10. Please make sure to be here before 12 as we will head out as a group around that time. Everyone is welcome! If you don’t have a reliable rider we will get you on something with wheels! Feel free to ask questions here and/or let me know if your coming. Good to have some sort of head count. I will have soft drinks and some adult beverages in fridge for all. If you need my address send me a pm. Looking forward to a great get together! 6

We have had some members travel a long ways in past years! I personally have a very clean/mint 48” 5xi snow plow and bracket for sale. Looking to get 400 or partial trade towards a 300/400 series 48” snow plow.

The Freightliner Guy 1,327 #13 Posted August 22, 2022 Man I’d love to come but I don’t have a wh that runs and I only have one so I’ll probably see if I can come next year unless three wheelers are allowed I doubt it though

Some hills but nothing too steep. Couple of us really get moving so how about the fastest one! LoL Nice stuff so bring them all then choose!
The Freightliner Guy 1,327 #18 Posted August 23, 2022 How steep are the steepest hills?
wallfish 17,011 #19 Posted August 23, 2022 I never measured them but I can freewheel that snow plow motorcycle down some to a speed that will turn your knuckles white from holding on tight. LoL There's a couple that are long but not crazy steep. Any regular tractor can cruise them easily

Among the slowest, for sure, but no trouble at all using ~½ tank of gas. And yes, coasting downhill can be terrifyingly exciting.
