Once you get everything in working order, and get the correct size belt on... the tab on the clutch pulley needs to be bent inward a tad bit... as it is WAY too far out in this picture... It needs to be bent in here... you want just enough room inbetween the tab and the pulley to get the belt in and out without having to bend the tab at all...
