Pullstart 62,905 #28 Posted June 15, 2023 Well, just after taking this video, the engine died and will not restart. The carb shows signs of being bead blasted, and I have spark. My guess is the carb done plugged up. I probably should have pulled it BEFORE it was in the tractor, but what is the fun in that?

That is odd it sounds like it was running pretty decent. But I have had that on engines before not sure how it made it past the fuel filter, but had a particle of sand stuck in the jet.

The glass fuel bowl is sparkly clean, but my guess is something was already in the carb. It ran so great on the floor, I got ahead of myself.
Pullstart 62,905 #31 Posted June 15, 2023 Something tells me… I shouldn’t have assumed the transmission was empty…
Pullstart 62,905 #32 Posted June 15, 2023 Cleaning out the bowl did the trick, but now I can’t get the little drain button to stop leaking. Happy to have a runner though!

It needs to be straight which is the tricky part since it crushes when you go to cut. Or find a tiny O ring One of the guys in the barns at the show has kits to fix them. Think it's AZ
