oliver2-44 9,711 #2 Posted August 4, 2022 Is it a 42” deck? They are not as solid as the 48” decks. Also have you checked the air in all your tires? A low tire can change the decks level.

tunahead72 2,411 #4 Posted August 5, 2022 I don't know a lot about these, but the gage wheels on some of the 42" RD decks can be adjusted to level the mower from left to right. Do you have an owner's manual for your deck? Or do you know its model number? This may not be your mower, but check out Fig. 12 and the instructions above it in this manual to see if yours might look like that one: Mower Rotary 42in RD 1980-1983 05-42MR01 OM IPL SN.pdf - Mower decks & reel - RedSquare Wheel Horse Forum
Rick3478 428 #5 Posted August 5, 2022 Deck shells do sometimes get bent, especially from hitting tree roots. Also, the lift mechanism doesn't raise from the center, so if not adjusted right can hold one side up a bit. And it may sound stupid, but it's easy to put a blade on upside-down...
8ntruck 6,993 #6 Posted August 5, 2022 The typical Wheel Horse deck rides on the gage wheels to control cutting height and levelness. The gage wheels are typically mounted on a rod that extends across the deck connecting the two gage wheels. If that rod gets twisted, it will probably put the deck out of level. Good luck. If you figure out what is wrong, let us know what you find.

Also, if it has been apart, make sure that the mounting clamps for that rod on both sides have the same spacers in them. May be a dumb thought, but are the two wheels the same diameter and with no play in the bushings? Edited August 5, 2022 by Handy Don
