Stormin 9,981 #2 Posted August 3, 2022 Make the most of it, Cas. Doesn't seem that long ago I was doing the same with grandsons 2 and 3. Both are as tall as me now and we don't see them that much.
SylvanLakeWH 25,577 #3 Posted August 3, 2022 Lucky kid! Lucky Grandpa!!! (Just a suggestion. Maybe put C style floor boards on it that go up to the fenders. Protect those little feet from a foot getting caught by rear tire or an accidental roll over…) 2

Pullstart 62,902 #5 Posted August 3, 2022 Perfect! I hope the PO’s widow gets to see Hanna riding her new tractor too… and that she enjoys it as much as we all do too! 3

Not the widow recently deceased but the daughter who I bought it from. I invited her and family to come that day but unfortunately they were away on vacation. I did send her that video and others. It’s always very emotional for her and she really appreciates being involved on it. They can come and visit any time they wish. They are on the next town over. As I mentioned in the original post about tractor, I got much more than a tractor.

As a kid, I remember going with my Dad to a local Orphanage - they actually had a woodworking shop on site! Dad was a finish Carpenter by trade - did 2 years of nighttime teaching work there - the kids were great...!! Edited August 3, 2022 by ri702bill

Just by the way of life around here and at home, she is always exposed to it in a substantial manner and shows occasional interest. As a girl however unlike the other grandchildren she is preoccupied with a whole different set of interests. She does go often with brothers to the Home Depot kids thing and seems to enjoy it.
