Handy Don

Tool late now, but @ebinmaine's paint department (that would be Trina, aka BBT) has converted me to Navajo White.

They do look nice though and I applaud the one-piece masking of the tire!

Navajo White

Yepp. Good shade.

She and I both prefer a lighter shade of  "off white".

We've had 60s wheels off that have never seen the light of day inside (original tires) and the Navajo White is a dead match for the wheel color used then.

That's what I've settled on @ebinmaine:thumbs: It's available here at Ace and I have a pair of rims overhead in storage letting the primer cure and they'll get at least two coats of Navajo White when the time is right.

Soooo, I didn't take enough pre-disassembly pictures as I thought. If anyone has pulley/brake/pedal pictures for the 605 they would be greatly appreciated. Just want to check my work. Thanks

I found them....they were hiding.

I'm curious to know what your thoughts are there.

Seems like you have a decent running engine already?

Just wondering, why repower?

It is a good working engine, I would like a little more power or gitty up....I was just throwing it out there. I'll more than likely keep it in there.

Understandable.

What's the general plan for the tractor?

If it's destined to be a driver with light to no loads the 6 HP in there would do well.

Tossing a bigger powerplant in would help with situations like running implements or keeping speed on hills.

If you'd like to increase overall top speed a pulley swap would be in order. Then you'd be into figuring out the belt length and belt guard as well.

Yea, this tractor won't be doing too much, light duty. I would like to maybe do a pulley swap but idk
