I just started to put the new connecting rod in my K301 and found one of the clips was worn and bad. I attached a pic with the dimensions of the worn clip. you can see the wear on the two sides. Well... my parts stores carry a wide variety of retainers... so I would recommend visiting a part's store where you will pay a couple of cents.... 5$ is outrageous...
