GT-6.5, a C-85 Blackhood and GT 14 Mashup

Per @953 nut’s recommendation, I’m going to start a new thread.  This is the link to the original tractor, acquired from Sylvia after the Big Show.

I delivered him an E-141 and a yard art suburban from PA, and received this machine as fair payment for hauling.

Once home, I quickly realized a set of GT14 rear sheet metal pieces would look pretty sweet on here.

I plan to give it 4 lug GT14 hubs and 15” wheels and tires but for now they 27-7.50-12’s will help with planning things.

Interesting solution to replacing a set of plastic fenders.

I'm thinking about what to do with the plastic fenders on my C-195.  The shape of the GT14 fenders would lend itself to not too difficult fabrication using 1/4" plate and heavy wall tube.  Not only metal fenders, but extra weight for traction.

I made up some 3/8” plate stock adapters for the axle bracket / sheet metal mount tonight…

Nice work, Kevin.  Hey this could be your next gig making kits like this to sell to all of those who have busted up plastic fenders.

For the time being, any interest in a fiberglass repaired busted up fender?  :laughing-rolling:

Looks like you need bigger tires to fill the new fenders up?

Those were just available for rollers at the moment… I’ve got a couple options :handgestures-thumbupright:
