briley 5 #1 Posted June 14, 2022 I was mowing my lawn and I was about to put it into reverse and I look down and the shifter is just kind of dangling there and moving freely about, can’t find any gears. Does anyone know how to install or repair the shifter? thanks, briley.

gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,041 #8 Posted June 14, 2022 If the set screw is OK check to see if the donut is secure on the shifter. Some donuts are retained by a roll pin and if it shears the shifter gets sloppy. Others are welded.
