If you have a question to ask or some information to share please type it in so we can read it. I don't have high speed internet so am unable to open your movie attachment. We are here to help but need a little information.

What is YOUR definition of WON'T START?      Will the engine turn over and has spark and fuel but won't start?   Will it not even attempt to turn over when the key is turned?

If you want to post a video please post your video to YouTube and then post a link to it in your post.

Sorry I could not get your video to play. I normally post my vid's on You Tube & then post the link on Red Square.

It won't start?

Does it turn over with the key or push button?

Do you have spark? If no.

1 - Are you getting 12 volts to the "+" side of the coil when the key is in the "ON" position?

2 - Is the wire from the points to the "-" side of the coil in good shape?

3 - Are the points opening and closing when the engine turns over?

4 - Are the points clean?

Are you getting gas into the cylinder? If no

1 - Check to see if the fuel pump is getting gas to the carburetor.

2 - Clean / rebuild carb.

Do you have compression?

Looks to me that the starter is turning but the belt isn’t…. Try adjusting the belt tighter!  Just all I see in video…🤷🏻‍♀️

Make sure the engine turns by hand. Belt is slipping and doesn't look to be in the best shape. Generator isn't even grunting so the belt isn't gripping at all. A good belt would be Napa 25-7320 rubber raw edged cogged belt

Hey everyone! Thanks so much for the help so far. Sorry about the link. I’m a newbie to this site and didn’t realize it wouldn’t work for a lot of people. I appreciate everyone trying to help!! Going to try a couple things today and hopefully get this solved. Wish me luck!
