"Manic-Mechanic" 1,194 #1 Posted May 14, 2022 (edited) The belt size is not an easy task as the Toro number 103236 is "special". (Woods 24004 5/8 x 1 33.75)? There is a belt on this mower but not sure what exactly it measures out to? Been going through the Woods RM59-3 Manuals but the sizes all vary, quite odd due to various tractor requirements. Most all the other parts are interchangeable. As always there is re-work needed, side shields, baffles, few nuts & bolts. Spindles were changed out, blades are, well, blades. Belt is new but appears to be 1/2" and purported to be 141 x 1/2. Surely it should be in 5/8 I've yet to find a file with the counter-part in 2000 RPM, would be easy to spot as it would be low profile as is the 5-0900-(1973) There is so much controversy over the belt size, seen here it is currently 1/2", perhaps it may last a while. Appears to e a slight twist on the support, I must address that as it bothers me that way! The Left Side Shield is kaput, looking at Woods 25511 for starters Same on the Right, Woods 25510 may be another good candidate, although not sure on the added baffle. I can easily see the twist an turns on this belt is challenging to say the least! All the smaller pulleys makes this interesting enough, just when I considered a halt on restorations I jump on this! Lol All an all pretty similar with Woods RM59-3, however, Woods having so many variants finding the same pulley & pto speed has been a task. I was hoping someone with more knowledge on this would chime in.... Edited May 15, 2022 by "Manic-Mechanic"
