Now I need a motor or engine

Asking this kind of question on here is going to get MANY responses from the peanut gallery... but I will give you a more... eh... shall I say... productive one...?

Why not go with a predator 420 base (with electric start if desired, of course), modify it a bit, delete governor, delete balance gears, air filter, exhaust, flywheel, billet rod... that sort of thing, and have me ship it to you after building, break in, and testing. :D

It wouldn't have to be THAT fast... but you would have ultimate power when you want it... up to 6,500 RPM...

My guess would be... somewhere in the 35-40 hp range... maybe more...

Don

To shoot from a motorized vehicle would require a special handicap permit here in PeeAaa.       I'm not quite qualified....yet.

That aspect slipped my mind. Laws are the same here.

:woohoo:       It's alive.       Got the Honda aligned and mounted.        Full forward @ WOT she moves at a fast walk.... perfect for a show ride around.

Now to build a steering /hood support, then a seat and some foot rests.

I saw go for a full on BEV setup. Steal the powertrain out of an E-focus or a Tesla.

Nice job Ed! I like that look you did and probably give ya some leg room too. Good idea.

Don't think my new custom is going to be ready to bring but still working on it when I can.

Much appreciated coming from the Hammer Guru...thanks John.          Leg room is limited and rounding the back corners of the hood really did help.

The long leggers will have to ride on the tailgate,   but me 5'8" and Mrs K 5'3"  fit up front just fine.

I really didn't plan to build this in time for this years show, but when I got an offer on the low rider dragster that I couldn't refuse,  I stepped up the pace to build this one.

I usually reserve April, May, and June for  trout fishing, turkey hunting ,and  lawn mowing, with 3-4 tractor shows mixed in.   So  all this extra work is getting old.

As soon as the Big Show is over, I'll be ready for a two week vacation of crabbing on the Delaware Bay.

Got the dash plate made and added the remote choke, throttle, and kill switch.
