jellyghost 378 #1 Posted May 9, 2022 Hi. I hadn't run my C101 tractor in a while, and it started easily. While trying to engage the mower, I couldn't get the belt to properly drive the blades. After about a minute, this disc blew up off the belt power transfer. Can you tell me what this is, and where to get a new one? Any tips on replacement? Thanks! squonk 41,150 #2 Posted May 9, 2022 You can buy the material and glue it on or buy a complete new one from Brian Replacement is simple. Disconnect the PTO lever rod at the top of the hoop. Remove the pin at the outer hoop/ PTO bearing pin. Swing hoop out of the way. Remove belt, slide off PTO pulley and remove 4 bolts holding disc on. 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Handy Don 12,235 #3 Posted May 9, 2022 From the images, it looks like there was no clutch lining left and the rivets were exposed. This might mean the PTO bell sustained some damage as well.
