Maxwell-8 4,277 #1 Posted May 4, 2022 Came across this Wheel Horse on the local craigslist. A Wheel Horse WB 2000. Never seen this before. a brush mower using a 38 RD deck. Looks original to me. Maybe another Belgium special? Bit to expensive (1250$) for me or I would have bought it. 9
Dan.gerous 2,696 #2 Posted May 4, 2022 Nice looking machine. It wouldn't take too much imagination to see that as an actual tractor, move a few components back to the normal locations and some bigger wheels Prices here are going crazy at the moment - found this on ebay and nearly choked on my cup of tea!

Sparky-(Admin) 21,338 #4 Posted May 4, 2022 That’s a very cool looking unit! Never seen one before…or even knew they existed. And the Honda motor makes it that much better!

peter lena 8,634 #6 Posted May 4, 2022 @Maxwell-8 never seen one of those . have used the GRAVLEY SIMILAR TYPE , with the sulky . that really makes that unit , the novelty of walking behind that , goes away pretty fast , sulky just makes it what it should be , pete
Handy Don 12,237 #7 Posted May 4, 2022 Not hard to see how this got engined. WH in the U.S. had a front-mount chassis to hold a deck and the rear portion is pretty close to the RER model "lawn skiff". Thanks for posting it!

Tad 5 #10 Posted October 29, 2023 Hello, I found this old model on a farm and replaced the 8HP with a 12HP with electric start. Here is the renovation ;-) 3
Sparky-(Admin) 21,338 #11 Posted October 29, 2023 Wonder why a rear discharge deck? Almost seems dangerous on a “walk behind” mower. At a minimum your footwear would be filthy after a mow. 3
