Snow Cab

Has anyone had there snow cab frame develop cracks at some of the welds? If so any tips or modifications that anyone can recommend ?

clean that spot from dirt, grease and paint, drill on the ends of the cracks and weld the cracks in.

Thanks max … I did weld it but the cab still has a lot of flex

@Huntingtown520hc mine is on all time, although it is not the machine I use to mow with. I do use it to pull trailer, putt around on in the neighborhood, etc

Once we installed the snow cab, we just use our 520H for snow removal. It does not wiggle much at all and is pretty rigid to the tractor. It is fairly new and we have the black fiberglass top and a glass windshield. I think the windshield makes it more rigid.

Thanks … I just removed mine it had a cracked left bracket.  I ordered a new one from the original cab company two weeks for it to arrive my mowing was a little too much for the cab… lesson learned .
