@SPINJIM  very good pick up on that , agree with your replacement to existing issues , looking at that paint , to me its a no brainer , aerosol lubricant rubdown ,  clean cloth ,spray and wipe on lubricant to every painted surface , rub in well and let sit , better in sun . let it sit for hours , then total rub down till dry , do it again next day , you have just saved the paint and patina !  think that paint will come right out . what I have done after those 2  lubrication rubdowns . is use a 6" palm buffer , with a cleaner wax , that paint breaks clean , clear and very deep in color ,  hope you try it , that horse could easily look very shinny and very clean , let me know , keep it shinny  pete

@ RETIRED WRENCHER  , no problem , that will do !  what I told you is what I  do , the fact that you are just feeding that  paint with lubricant is the most important thing .  agree that its easier , think that dull looking paint will just look very clean , pete

Very nice unit. I got a 312-Hydro last summer that had only 697 hours on it. It came with a mower deck. I have since replace all 4 tires and tubes and the PTO clutch disc. Now I need to replace the blades. I like the tractor  You live close to where my wife is from. She used to live off of Glen Roy road. I used to live outside Downingtown, near Highland Orchards. I only have 4 Wheel Horses, but have 21 total garden tractors, so I know what it is like for the wife not to be able to park in the garage.
