I'll not ask where the air supply comes from. The visual is bad enough.

Does this count?

That brings up a teenage story. I got a 3 trumpet electric air horn set off a dump truck and temp wired them on my 1966 Ford 3/4 ton truck. Since I played Cornet in band (not great) I decided to wire the 3 horns up separately to door bell buttons so I could play the horns. My wiring and those door bell buttons were no match for the amp draw of those electric air horns. Thankfully nothing was mounted so I could just yank it off the truck.   I seem to recall my Dad giving me a lesson about amp draw and fuses.

I remember seeing a video a year or two ago with a girl in her early twenties who had never seen a phone like that and had no notion what to do with it.

She was very good spirited and admitted her defeat.....

Yep, by the time I was in high school, sticks were getting scarce but our family cars still had them. Stuck with them until I needed a family minivan and stick wasn't an option!

The modern 6-, 8-, and even 10-speed automatics are astoundingly efficient, though, and even CVTs are pretty impressive. Technology progresses!
