didn’t get as good of a deal as i hoped

Not a bad looking rig at all. Curious to know why you think you didn't get the best deal.

The mower deck, that front mule drive system, the rear weight box. All of those are interesting to others and have some kind of value.

You've also got what many people prefer for the PTO system with the long handle.

Depends a lot on condition.   blades, spindles, shell rust.     If you decide to sell it, put an ad in our lassified section.

For that price for that tractor with those accessories you did GREAT!!

Up here in the Northeast you can't touch one of those even close to remotely for twice that.

Well that's a super easy fix.

👍

What size is on the tractor now versus what size would you rather have?

If you're going to just off -road it those taller tires are probably better than the saw tooths that originally came on it.

Absolutely agreed.

That's a primary reason I run 20" tires on the front of my heavy stuff pulling tractor.

it’s obviously a 1267

12 HP is just about the limit for a Starter/Generator system - as far as the starter goes. Nice score - a tad rough around the edges - the real beauty is that it is a WH that lives on....

Agree with others. Taller tires will be much better on rough terrain...

Nice tractor, and cool little hang out shop!  I kind of like the tall front tires!  What size are they?

Good looking tractor.  The front tires look like the 18/5.60-8 like I used on "Hot Wheels". The POT on the front of your tractor is a hard to find item, be sure to offer it for sale or trade on here with or without the mower,     someone will be very happy to have it.

The tractor pre-dates the Attach-a-Matics and your mule bolts on. Not many tractors used that system. Earlier the belts went directly downward from the engine and later the belts followed the same path as yours but with the much more common Attach-a-matic mule.

All in all you do not see many 1267 out there. May be twenty years a go. I think if you clean it real well and see where you are at. Then decide if you would like to keep it or send it down the road. Nothing like a Start/Gen 12 hp. I had two 1257 one time. This is when I was painting them a pain in the a>> doing that. Nice tractors.

That is the implement attachment system that was used on Wheel Horse from the early 70s all the way up through.
