This man used soda and water and I’m pretty sure some oil to run a A90 wheel horse. “ it will run on anything Dan” then he would rev it till the muffler glowed :teasing-neener::occasion-clown:

Im no expert, but Ive done alot of offroading, with trucks, ATVs and some tractors. IMO, wide tires work better. I think it's not so much the width of the tire as it is the tread. The wife's tractor has the diesel with the 25x12x12 ATV tires on 10" rims I got from Miller tire. Cheap, strong, easy to set B/S and weld. The tires are Interco Reptiles. They resemble an AG tire, but have 1.5" depth. With the ATV tires, I could go thru a foot n half of snow. It was kinda amusing, the front tires would sometimes float on top, then would dig in and the front axle would act as a plow. The rears would do the same, sometimes would float, sometimes would dig down to the grass. But either way, they kept going. The rears would dig, and bring the front up, kinda like pulling a wheely. Wouldn't steer for crap, but never got stuck lol. In mud, well they are an ATV mud tire so they are prolly better than any dedicated tractor tire. Also, in that vid, the wider tires he put on aren't good in the snow. Buddy has them on his, and says they are worthless in the snow. Good thing his is 4wd. I'm terrible at pics, but I will try to get some of the tires I have on her machine. I thought I had some put nope. Tractor is buried in the garage, I'll try to get some pics. Oh, and only paid $25 each for the tires. It cost more to ship than buying. They are blems, why they are cheap. Last I looked, and i will check again, they still have some for $30 each.

Gregor

Carlisle next to Deestone. Both the same size. So it says on the sidewall anyway.

It’s been at least a few months since I’ve been on the forum and even longer since I’ve been able to work on my wheel horse hobby. However I just got a 416 H toro mode. Yes sadly it has the toro decals on but I’m just glad to have it. I got it with a trade for my suburban and a bit of cash. It’s my first hydro tractor and I really enjoy riding it. Feels like a monster compared to my raider 10 and 12. Also me and my buddy Dylan @857lover where at the wheel horse show. Sadly we didn’t get a chance to walk around and find people we know on the forum but it was awesome. I do want to know who is the guy with the wheel horse motorcycle that thing is awesome.  in the picture my 416 H is on the left and Dylan’s is on the right.

Hey y’all. I recently got a raider 10 with a leaking seal. I went to a garden tractor parts store with the idea in mind that all raiders has 1 and 1 8th axles. So I bought that size seal. To my suprise it had 1 inch axles. The trans also has limited slip. And according to A to Z tractors it’s not common for a 1 inch axle trans to have LS my question is. Is this the original trans on my raider 10 model 1-0301 or did someone swap it out. Or did someone put 1 inch axles in a 1 1/8 axle transmission. I’m kinda stumped here.

Hey guys been about a week since I was on the forum last. Since then my buddy put a new seal on my raider 10 trans axle so now that’s been running good I “ modified “the raider 10 hood I plan on putting metal mesh/wire and a cooling fan in place of the cross bars. And as you can see there was a failed attempt to climb a very steep rock. I’m not gonna lie I told him to do it. Luckily Dylan is ok. We both had horses roll on us yesterday and when it rolled on me it landed right in the family jewels
