Handy Don 12,174 #2 Posted March 18, 2022 (edited) Welcome to the forum. Your best bet is to get familiar with the documents section of the site and the search bar. Find the manual for your tractor so you can read up. Example search: tractor 314 (be sure to set the option for "use all my search terms") There is a cross-reference to implements and accessories for the different models here (search for "interchange") or click the image below: WH sold only a few slot hitch attachments and, I think, stopped altogether by the early 70's. There are more implements and accessories that use the sleeve hitch (aka Brinley hitch) than the slot hitch. You can learn a lot by browsing the site of one of vendors who support this forum: wheelhorsepartsandmore.com Do some searching around this site and you'll find many threads that discuss the differences as well as strengths/weaknesses. Look for your tractor in the manuals section, the manual should have all of the part numbers. If you wish to use more than just implements, a slot to sleeve adaptor will allow you to use Brinly attachments. https://wheelhorsepartsandmore.com/product/toro-wheel-horse-slot-hitch-adapter/ Or you could just install a sleeve hitch. https://wheelhorsepartsandmore.com/product/toro-wheel-horse-brinly-clevis-hitch-sleeve-hitch-with-adjustment-plate-and-pin/ The above site also offers the lift cable if you need it.
