Do you have access to a welder?  Any sheet metal or fabrication tools?  I’d say it might be a trial and error game.  You could make a taller riser for the hood itself, or I believe that has a bull horn shaped 3/8” rod… maybe make a taller one?  It might have a straight through 3/8” pin?

A read through this post shows how I raised the hood to fit the diesel engine in my short frame.

I am currently in the progress of doing a 4.5inch lift on my C141 to fit a diesel.

the dash has to be raised and moved back to mainyain the same e-angle for the longer steeringshaft.

If you go that far when you put it back together all the holes may be gone.

Probably be easier and cheaper to Just buy a tractor with a big block already in it.
