Butch 194 #1 Posted June 29, 2009 My wife asked me who pays for the show? I'm sure you must pay for the use of the property which would include the picking up of trash which I noticed the cans never got full before someone emptied them. An event like that must have insurance. I'm sure the vendors pay a fee and so do the campers. But it would seem to me someone has to step up to the plate, rent the property and pay for the insurance. My wife and I are in a club that puts on an event on County grounds and our club pays for everything through it's dues, the food we sell, and from the entry fees for the competition events. So is there a club that has dues that pay for this or how is it done? I'd hate to think I was not doing my share by joining a club and paying dues which funds this event. Can anyone answer this?
