Workplace "window"

Let's see your view from your workplace "window". I know some are driving truck,or tractor, work in shops/offices or outdoors. What is it that surrounds you during your work day?

Looks like you need to turn a little to the left, you don't want to run over it.

Well I guess since Mike was nice enough to ask in the first place I'll post a few actual "office" pics.

These two are for Trina because she works from home several days a week. This is our backyard.

IMG_20220225_151448045.jpg.eb65e8650c0f9243517cabaddd78204a.jpg

These two are examples of the crane load charts I was studying a few weeks ago.

And the rest are things I've seen at or to and from work...

My "Office" picture used to be stopped stuck in traffic on 95 either going to or coming from work - no more. Retirement kind of keeps me home around my10,000 square feet .... a 100-mile round trip commute - an hour and 5 minutes in the dark of morning - an hour 20 minutes at best coming home. - a white knuckle ride in the winter ....

The port-a-john reminds me of when they built 485 around Charlotte NC.  They had just opened it and had named it after a former governor.  With in the first week they had an accident with a port-a-john truck and got it properly

christened.

That's our new ride.

Goes in service next week.

Not sure on the bed length... Maybe 25, 26 foot.

Should be able to get at LEAST 40 if Kevin stacks em.

Correct... Osprey tho. School with the help of FD ladder truck and others tried to move it to a nesting platform further away from the foot ball field & track. But the birds gave them the bird and rebuilt it in the same spot.

That’s a good size transformer. What KV?  I’m going to guess 345 KV.

Excellent work sir.

Had the riggers set the glove there on the edge so I could hit the same spot everytime.

Hey guys I have been given a box of these flap wheels.
      5.25" x 1.5" with a 1" arbor hole.
I instantly thought great I can put one on my bench grinder.
      Nope!    Not that simple.
The arbor size is different, and it's to wide to fit inside the the guard.
I thought of removing the guard but would like to have it there.
I guess I could make an arbor adapter and a spacer for the guard, and a new tool rest, etc. More time involved then first thought.

Does anyone use these, and if so what do you have it on?

Hello fellas. I bought this 211-3 tractor. I have no clue how this mower deck comes off. I need to fix some areas on the deck, as well as replace a clutch cable. I can't seem to find pictures of a complete deck for this model as it should be. Need help.

I've had some stuff laying around for a while now. I've had some ideas kicking around my head for a while as well.
Well they met each other a few days ago.
This is going to be a camp buggy of sorts.
Like any of my other builds I would appreciate any input anyone want to donate.

The base is an 1982-88 Yamaha G1 golf cart.

I started a thread a little while back "Something from Nothing". It has been upgraded to this thread because now I'm building something from something lol. I started with a new frame and strengthened the transaxle mount a bit.
