I used the existing 5/16-18 tapped holes with longer hex bolts. the threads protrude inside the frame, slip the bracket on over them, then flat washers and nylock nuts

Here is my F plate reinforcement ready to be cleaned up and painted.  Was going to try to also bolt to the 2 bottom holes in the side of the f plate, but dont really see any benifit.
