@grinchsr  when you are on the service end of operations , you look at problems differently , you have to , thats your  service problem. also a great time for gaining experience , and adapting to them . that constant change up and get it back on line , is a regular part of my approach . as a millwright on 24- 7  call in ,there was never a regular problem . had a retired navy chief  as my shift foreman , that will make a problem go away , he was the best guy I ever worked for , really liked it , pete
