JonyNitro 2 #1 Posted February 20, 2022 (edited) Does anyone know if there is an alternative for a replacement shaft (Toro 103526 SHAFT) other than the one listed on parts tree for $237? My shaft ball bearing closest to the belt failed again and i did not catch it in time and wore out some of the shaft. Now when i replaced the bearing there is noticeable play and when tightening the screws it throws it of balance which is causing vibrations. Not trying to break the bank if i don't have too considering i paid $300 for the entire unit. I apologize in advance if this has already been answered, any help is greatly appreciated. Never thought to use that as an alternative, I'm assuming just cut to size ( in my case its 3/4" x about 25 1/5) and then use key stock for the pulley and sprocket? Both are on my wish list. I went ahead and ordered some keyed shaft as Wallfish mentioned so hopefully will be good to go in a week when it gets here. Thanks for the reply.
