When I was taking measurements I did not have the recess storage box installed. JPWH 6,040 #7 Posted March 5, 2022 (edited) I took apart what I had and started over. Made some adjustments to get the proper clearances needed. Cleaned up.all the metal tacked everything up in place. Removed it from the transmission, then welded the main frame and installed it. Now to mark some holes and start drilling. JPWH 6,040 #13 Posted March 12, 2022 The rock shaft is built now so I can order some heim joints and make some pin bushings and center link bushings. I still need to add supports from the transmission to the hitch receiver. Then I need to break it down to finish the welding. JPWH 6,040 #16 Posted March 13, 2022 I got all the frame welded and was able to use a length of wire to test the lifting arms travel. I have about the same travel as the clevis hitch using the hydraulic cylinder travel distance. Now I can proceed with the lift linkage. Lowered position. JPWH 6,040 #21 Posted March 19, 2022 After I made sure it fit I checked how much lift I will have. Looks like about 8". I think that will work for my needs. I mean a support that goes from the upper part of the 3pt frame, and up over the trans, to connect to the frame in front of and on top of trans, in order to take some torque out of the construct.
