"Manic-Mechanic" 1,196 #1 Posted February 19, 2022 (edited) I picked up solid rear discharge deck for cheap, was odd due to the newer spindles. So, after extensive help from gwest_ca-(File Mod) a list was comprised and I selected 5-36YR01 for spindle diagram. (This assembly 99-5370, uses spindle shaft 108610 3/4" x 6" with a key 937222 at 2.5") . The remainder of the diagram was 05-0620 as close a match I could find to 5-0621 and the parts file associated. Over all everything came apart clean, could tell someone had it apart not that long ago I fashioned a cover from Model 5-0720 drilling two 1/2" holes for the fittings The condition is fair, no holes and enough material to bead blast or sand heavily I did manage to remove the blades and spindle pulleys, but got overzealous on the first drive and forgot about the key, 937222 (formerly 937159) and cracked the spacer/seal 106070! Amazing how these decks evolved, many thanks to all the help figuring this deck out and the belts, spindle belt 8411 1/2 x 76.94, deck drive belt 102741 1/2 x 96.6 for use on 300 series.
