I will have some stall's coming up. Still waiting for engine & tranny parts yet, getting impatient. Then the block will have to go to the machinist to have the hole punched out. Going to keep going on as much as I can though.

Can you give me an estimate of how long do you think this rehabilitation will take.

I was shooting for 5 or 6 weeks, only working on it on the weekends. Don't look like that it will work out though. Waiting on parts plus I'm sure I'll be held up waiting for machining.

What's your Machinist's backlog time?

About 2 weeks "estimated". Won't take him the block until my piston arrives though.

Ordered my rebuild kit the Monday after I took the tractor apart. Parts are coming from Minnesota, I'm starting to think that the only legal way to transport goods across the MessySloppy (Mississippi) river is by using Tom Sawyer's log raft and a push pole.

Tie rods were of course worn. I will be putting replaceable ends on so I marked the original tie rods to be cut & turned down for the new ends. Everything is measured so the the tie rods will come out just a little short, this leaves room for full adjustments.

This pic shows them close to finished.

You have those looking good, but you should have gone with heims joints.. Did my C-120 with heims joints 33 years ago and they are still tight. It was my main mower until two years ago.

No can do Lee not original ... we tend to be purists here and these will last another fifty years or so. Thing is and speaking for Dan this will not be a trailer queen and not a true worker but rest assured it most likely get put in dirt after done.

Only one thing you gotta know about Dan is TJ when he gets on a resto project or custom he gets tunnel vision and and really works it till it's done. No screwin around ...Prolly kills him more than anything waiting for paint to cure.

Wished I had than kinda git up and go with my projects. I'm more along the lines with EB's projects.... :)

Those are not original either, the original was one size fits all.

I chose to spray white today so that I had time to put my tranny back together.

What color are the rims? They don’t look like straight up white.

They are IH off white. I'm not a big fan of the straight white.

Hung the wind chimes that @kpinnc was waiting for & sprayed a fresh coat of red paint on the garage floor today, even managed to get a little paint on my parts.

Jim I found another axel seal in my double secret stash ( it was even a secret to me:D )

After spraying paint I had time left in the day to sand blast my parts that would not fit in the blast cabinet.

Next up will be to get the body work done on the sheet metal so that it can be painted.

After a fair amount of hammer & dolly work.:) The grill was bashed in pretty good. It will require a bit of filler yet to finish it out.
