Are you thinking I need to replace the hoop and pin...anything else? No... The HOOP is the round half circle that goes from the top to the bottom. The CLEVIS is the U shaped piece of metal . The SPIROL pin is the pin that goes through the CLEVIS and the HOOP and holds the clevis onto the hoop. The Spirol pin is supposed to be long enough to go all the way through both sides of the clevis. It shouldn't be hanging only on that one side like that.
