I don't know about where most of you are but here the biggest problem is that people are just outright obnoxious and inconsiderate.

I am blessed to live near the end of quiet country road that dead ends a quarter mile past my driveway. Only traffic that goes past my place is locals and they know enough to watch out for the old man on the little red tractor.

Yeah back of a truck or trailer.

The others we have the standard "counterweight" type.

You can buy cheap golf cart mirrors and some magnets on the usual online sites.  Buying the parts instead of paying for a vendor to do a 30 second assembly is the best way to go.  I have them on my Kubota using larger magnets.

Those EMP magnetic units look pretty sweet, but I wonder how well they would mount up on the hood of a WH, and if they’d extend wide enough to see around the operator, though.  We should draw straws or something to see who wants to lay out the $70 to test them.😁

It is true that they would be narrow on a garden tractor, but you can lean to the side when needed.  If they stick out too much, they may get knocked off when mowing around things.

Yep. Love when people decide what other people can do with something biodegradable. I remember back in the 90s when soldiers in the field at Bragg were told they could no longer pee in the woods. They were to drive thier diesel truck up to 5 miles to the nearest latrine as to not disturb the endangered woodpeckers... I wonder how much it bothered the environment to drive trucks for miles back and forth to a toilet as opposed to peeing in the woods.

Idiots. Do something even if it's wrong. At least you can say you did it.

Who ever though that up should have been court marshaled given 30 day in a brig without a latrine then kicked out of service.

Since I am on street frequently plowing this should make it safer and easier on my neck.

I'm not on the street plowing snow down here, but I put a little rearview mirror I got from Target on my Wheel Horse so I can see if anyone is coming up behind me when I'm tooling around the subdivision.
