maybe getting the tank cleaned out a bit helped your situation

It did. won't run in the cold without the choke being on for a little while then you can let it back down to run smooth.

The steering is very tight which is nice don't know how long I'll keep the blade on there it doesn't look like were going to get any snow.

One reason why I would suggest not making a lot of modifications to it.

I dunno Dan the right mods that would be a heck of mold board mule! Put electric lift on mine please.....:D

Guessing you would need this one then

I would call him to make sure he knows way more part numbers than I.

Because I've only used the snowblower, and the dozer blade once this winter so far.  I've used the Raider with the grader blade more. Syracuse says we are down 3' of snow from what is usual.  :(

Last night when the fuel caught low enough I siphoned some dirt and leaves out of the gas tank that were collected around the shut-off valve to let the gas go through.

I would take the fuel tank off and completely clean the inside of debri and dirt. Then replace fuel line, filter, before I would even attempt to diagnose a fuel related problem considering what you said you got out of the tank.

Then take the carb off for a thorough cleaning. Wouldn’t hurt to let it soak overnight in carb soak. Make sure the welch plug is in place like another said…

Edit :  Sorry… didn’t see previous post about cleaning fuel system…
