I have a 212-5 and need a cutting deck for it which allegedly looks like this Here's my tractor I have found a 211-3 deck for sale and am considering buying it and attempting to fit it. It looks a slightly different design. Do any of you know whether it can be made to fit my tractor please? I am a mechanic and can make and weld stuff no worries. Should I try? 8ntruck 6,991 #3 Posted January 30, 2022 Looks like the mounting brackets are different and the drive belt routing to the engine pto pulley is different. The drive belt might be as easy as finding one of the proper size to fit around the pulleys. Once you determine how the mounting bracket is supposed to attach to the tractor, you might be able to fab something. Have you looked through the manuals section of the form to see if the appropriate manuals are available? If they are, they could point you in the proper direction. Good luck and have fun.
