IMG_6160.MOV I’m selling my B100 with 10hp Kohler engine and snowblower. The engine ran when I brought it home 3 years ago and deck ran smoothly. The 8sp gear box will need oil changed. I didn’t make headway and need the room for other projects.
email or message me with questions

JD LX-178 with Kawasaki 2 cyl water cooled engine.
Great shape except for the front hood. Cracks have been patched, and hinges on the hood itself are broken. Hood sits fine, just does not open & close properly
NO DECK!
Includes (4) John Deere suitcase weights, a John Deere "maintenance kit", and rear chains.
Well maintained. Snow blower presently not mounted.

Hello!
I am looking for any and all snowthrowers that will work on my GT2500. I am trying to find one off FB marketplace but no one ever really posts the model number. Usually just the length. So I look for 42'' throwers but I don't know what will fit. A local seller has this for sale:
He says its 42 but unaware the model, the Wheelhorse logo looks to be from the late 60's/early 70's? It looks like the below thrower:
My question is if that thrower year/model will fit the GT2500. It looks pretty dang simple but I'm not sure. Someone mentioned something about the right size "Quick-hitch" in another post.

About a year ago I bought a C-121 auto with the intention of using it as my go-to mower. Shortly thereafter I got a great deal on a low hour 314-8. It ran perfect and had several attachments - it became my new go-to mower. So, I decided to repurpose the 121 to be a front end loader. After purchasing the build plans from P.F Engineering (which are excellent), I realized I couldn’t build it for less than $2k in material. I decided to look for a used one and found a Thompson TC10 local to me, mounted on an “end of life” 1077, for $1,000. The loader swap itself was pretty straight forward. The only modifications needed were drilling a couple of mounting holes in the tractor frame, grinding away a little of the loader top frame so the hood opened/closed and welding in a new hydraulic pump mount. I have a few things to button up still and the bucket itself needs attention but it’s fully functional. I also bought a pair of clamp-on pallet forks.
I also did a “refresh” of the 121. The total project cost is shown below. Roughly $2,300, with just the FEL itself being around $1,300.
