adsm08 2,064 #29 Posted January 28, 2022 I'm getting a fine snow right now, probably the inland edge of the system @Jeff-C175 posted a pic of, but it's about 33 or 34 degrees, so it isn't sticking to anything. We aren't supposed to get much of anything, just enough to make the weekend miserable, not nearly enough to be any fun.
Sparky-(Admin) 21,318 #30 Posted January 28, 2022 I’m in the 18” zone .. which means I’ll get anywhere from 2” to 42” if the weather guys are using the same equations they always use around here

c-series don 8,708 #36 Posted January 28, 2022 (edited) I’m in the 12”-24” zone, they just upped it to 18-24” and possibly more. I’m right on the coast, they’re saying wind gusts possibly up to 70 mph. Super high tides to go along with that too! Some of my snowplowing accounts are subdivisions and homes directly on the ocean front beaches. Things are going to get interesting 🤔 Edited January 28, 2022 by c-series don

Ed Kennell 38,194 #39 Posted January 29, 2022 About 2" now with another 2" forecast overnight. Nice plow snow tomorrow. We dodged the bullet. The blizzard stayed to our East.
Jeff-C175 7,202 #40 Posted January 29, 2022 Started here right around 7 PM as predicted. There's about a half inch down. Supposed to get heavy after midnight.

Jeff-C175 7,202 #42 Posted January 29, 2022 10:30 PM --- it's gonna have to snow harder than this for us to wake up to a foot of snow!

ebinmaine 67,548 #44 Posted January 29, 2022 5:45 am report. Just a few flakes falling. Wind is picking up a little. 11⁰. Predicted snowfall was upgraded again overnight. Not a huge addition here. Now looking at 11 or 12 instead of 10. Seacoast around Portsmouth NH is now to expect 18". Wonder how @Raposo is fairing. Seems to me he's south of Boss-tonn. Ed Kennell 38,194 #45 Posted January 29, 2022 13F and 25MPH here this AM. Hard to tell how much we got. Some areas are blown bare and some drifts are up to a foot. The bare spots are showing a sheen of ice. . I think I'll wait until the drifting stops tomorrow before I plow. The neighbors don't work week ends. STAY SAFE UP NORTH

CCW 1,295 #49 Posted January 29, 2022 (edited) @ZXT Will be in El Paso in March. Storm was suppose to drop snow like crazy overnight. Hardly enough snow to get the shove out. That's not necessarily a bad thing. Edited January 29, 2022 by CCW
