What's that Ferd?

Mike, that's a 1965 Ford F-100. We named it " Ol Blue '. This trustworthy workhorse has been in the family for 26 years. It has a 240 cubic inch straight 6 engine, and a three speed transmission ( three on the tree ).

I hope you like my Ferd :D

Bet young wipper snappers dont have an idea what a three on a tree is.

Hope to run one sometime again before I croak.

Did this 520H push the Oliver Super 88 Diesel backward with just a snow blade.   Yeppir

Doing a major organizing clean out. Of the 43x80 shop do the thundering herd gets nicely consolidated

What size are the rafters in that pic?  They look like 4x6 . Is that because of the snow load there where you live?

2x6x16. The main shop is about 31 feet by 80 and the width was regulated by the top chord of the truss being limited to sixteen feet. I built my own trusses back in the day to save money. The lean to was built at the same time and not an addition with thoughts that it would keep the shop area more in order.

Fellas, they are never big enough, but at least I am reducing the amount of stuff laying on the floor.. .

There should be room for two columns  of Wheel Horses 32 feet long parked nose to tail by tomorrow.

@TJ5208  very often refer to things in plane sight , you are at the perfect stage to save and retore your paint finishes . personally like an aerosol penetrating oil , on every painted / decal finished spot . lit it sit a day , wipe off with clean soft cloth , till dry , do it again . notice how on second rub down , the finish is darker ?  paint has a clean depth? at that point I  use a 6" llectric palm buffer , with a cleaner wax , it just keeps getting better , also like  303 brand vinyl  spray , for seat , tires . have brought back  some horses that started out like yours . not difficult , if you were closer , would show you . save you paint . pete

if you look in the upper right hand corner, you'll see that my 953 will be running a sediment bulb too. Just like it would have had from the factory.:thumbs2:

No complaints on the fuel bowl from me. I enjoy looking at it. They are not the only thing that gets a little leaky with age, but us guys have to love em' anyway.
