Talking Opposed Twin Torque Curves

Recommended Posts

Back to the topic!! It seems like 10,12,14 and 16 all have about 3 ft/lbs in between them. I would so much love to see what torque  @Greentored 14hp made (w/ Chevy valves💪😀). My 14hp magnum w/ long shute snowblower has almost a quick torque curve. I know when it’s gonna hit it “torque curve” . But, it’s strong, strong, strong with my 300’ driveway w/ turn around. I’m simply amazed at the torque this motor can put out!💪💪😀 (that’s my late Great Grandfather’s 47’ Farmall Cub in the pic.. just plowing the banks back.)

I have no idea what it puts out, but can tell you it spins the loaded AG tires far before the governor ever opens it all the way up.

Truthfully, I dont think its ever gotten close to opening up unless Im playing and jam the throttle to 'bunny' It takes off!

Really want to swap it onto the 1277 in place of the stock 16 I put on it for a true comparison, and to load the engine with the hydro and mower deck
