That is what's in the pic below. 10.50 wide or 12 wide require wider wheels (at least 8.5 wide) in some cases. Carlisle makes great tires, and there are lots of other manufacturers as well.

Mickwhitt 4,624 #11 Posted January 19, 2022 Are ags on the front axle a waste of effort? I have tried ribs on the front with lugged ags on the rear. When plowing with angled blade it can push the front sideways. I was going to buy a pair of new rims and tyres to ballast and fit for snow work. Thought's anyone?

I think that's a problem you're going to have regardless of what tire you're using. I don't have a plow but a front sweeper and have had the same experience. Some suggest wrapping a linked chain around your front tires helps it bite a bit to stay on course.
lynnmor 7,306 #13 Posted January 19, 2022 There is quite a difference in tn turf tires on the front, I have pair like the ones in post #9 and they do well. I also have a pair oftires like this and they are like toboggans.

Snoopy11 5,714 #15 Posted January 19, 2022 Greater Cleveland Tire. I was out working yesterday. I had my tractor with the SUNF ATV tires out. WELL... it got stuck in the slime (I won't call it mud... because it wasn't mud... it was outright slime). WELP... I broke out HellHorse and yanked the other tractor out of the mud. ANYHOO... these tires have never failed me (VERY deep tread): Don

TJ5208 1,824 #18 Posted January 19, 2022 Compared to Amazon a pair of tri ribs 90 dollars Greater Cleveland 47 bucks big difference for small pockets.

If you wanted it to look different than AG tires, I would recommend SUNF... another good, reliable, but less expensive brand. Only thing I have learned... if your machine is in slime... the ATV tires will fail, whereas AG tires will dig in and sling slime. Don
