Mitchell State Park for a little southern mountain education. I was up there one hot July day at the gift shop where they sell the picture post card and so on. a lady ask how often do you see snow up here. The man answered "Lady we see snow up here every month". May not last long but your going to see it up there. To finish the story my wife had went to the beach with some of her college roommates. I took a day off and went to the mountains. A few miles up the parkway Curtis Creek Road crosses goes back to I-40 and US 70. It;s a real ball of hell 11 switch backs, great fun. I did it going down didn't have enough HP for it to be fun going up. Race down clamp on the brakes make the turn and go for the next one, Well I blew out one of the front disk and had to limp 100 miles or so back home. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
