Just lubed mine (2) the other day… :handgestures-thumbupright:

Did notice one thing… I have two blades on separate tractors. One is freshly painted with gloss Regal Red. The other is, shall we say, patina…

Lubed gloss the snow flies off the blade… lubed patina it doesn’t stick but it certainly has more friction… noticeable difference…

@Ed Kennell  looks like 2 for  18 $ , if you can get it locally for less , worth a try , my blade is painted , and snow just flushes right off .  pete

Seems like that should be beneficial if applied to the inside of a snow thrower chute, too.

Funny story about price. I was shopping for stocking stuffers and went into a Real Deals store. Everything is a buck. I go into the automotive isle and there is a pile of Sno Jet. A buck a can. I grab a hand full. Text @rjg854 about this great deal. A few days later he calls me. "I picked up some Sno Jet and there are no spray nozzles with them!" I check the cans I bought and sure enough no nozzles. I pop the cap off the can I have already used and the nozzle is the same as Rustoleum spray paint. so I got clean spare nozzles in the drawer. Guess that's why they were in the store.

I used the nozzle that's on a can of engine cleaner for the cans of Sno Jet. Still a great price for that product.

The can is a buck. Today only, the spray nozzle is $29.95… :handgestures-thumbupright:

Snowblower yes I have had build up problems... This stuff may help.  In 20 years never had a build up on the plow blade .wet dry or what  ever.  Just go faster it rolls off  (Sunstrands rock!!!)

For years now I have been using aerosol cooking spray (aka PAM) - I keep a can of discount store brand in the back of the kitchen cabinet for this purpose - works well.

Don't leave the can out in the cold - the internal pressure lowers and the jiuce thickens  -  comes out like silly string, not a spray.
