Second pour done…. Time to pop bubbles every 30 minutes or so.  I’ve got nearly a gallon left, but may end hp going to the store for more.  I wonder if they’ll have the same brand as they carried 12 years ago…

I do my best yodeling with a motor running with no muffs...

Looking good Kev ... I thought maybe one had to wait a little longer between applications?

Don't think brand is going to matter.

From what I read, after 4 hours and before 24 hours… or after 72 and a scuff.  We’ll top it off over the bumpy items and if a scuff is needed to block it smooth, then we’ll proceed as needed :handgestures-thumbupright:

Looks like one more pour is in order.  The button and a couple casings are still leaving a ripple.  We’re close to running over the low edge though!

We brushed the edges tonight, with *hopefully* the last pour!

We’re taking a break from pours and work for some family card games.  The table plays much better!

Lights are off, bad camera angle :handgestures-thumbupright:  it’s still very clear and shiny.  We’ll give it a 2500 grit scuff on Tuesday and pour one more coat on the entire thing again.

Not criticizing the family games on it now. Nice to see you already enjoying table.
However, be careful not to contaminate finish prior to final coat. That can create a real problem when you apply next coat. Make sure you wipe coating with some denatured alcohol . Let that dry throughly and then scuff it prior to next coat.

Be particularly careful with anything greasy on it. That contamination will show up as “ fish eye” on final coat . You will not be able to get rid of it without stripping it.
