I think it’s easier to bail on a quad from experience. I’m thinking along the lines of the guy who wants to have fun and go to work on Monday morning. I rode a lot in my younger years but I drove a truck and you need all you limbs functioning to do that. Not to mention I was an owner/operator so if I didn’t drive, I didn’t get paid. The thinking now is “ with age comes a cage”!

Thats a fact!  

Injuries aside from bumps and bruises are actually quite rare. There have been a couple foot/ankle injuries from rolling over and getting one under the foot board but that's about it, at least thus far.

Think there will be more and more motocross style riding gear seen in the future as some of these folks get braver and faster.

Just watched the videos. Sure does look like fun and some of those rigs are seriously fast and wayyy more able than I would have ever thought a lawnmower could be.

About the safety, seems like most of you are grown(-ish) men who can think for themself 😁

I once was blessed with cat-like reflexes, and have dismounted a tractor as it fell off a load ramp.

 

...About 30 years ago.

 

Now, I'm slightly heavier, slower, and more cautious. I think trail riding these tractors looks like alot of fun, but mine would have to look like the pics below for me to do what you guys do.
