Moparfanforever 854 #1 Posted December 21, 2021 I just recently got this sun baked C101 and I am thinking about swapping in the solid mounts. Do you have to pull the engine to do the swap?? oldlineman 1,481 #2 Posted December 21, 2021 Why do u want to remove the shaker plates? I have had a 1979 c-101 from new and have zero problems with them. Tuneup 1,433 #13 Posted December 22, 2021 Yeah, the rear is more accessible if I recall correctly but that front requires a little more in the way of suspension and PTO effort. I approached the job thinking it would be a cake walk but even leaving the entire setup loose, getting those last two in there was very difficult. Ah well.
