Front wheel weights

Have the chance to pickup a set of MTD front wheel weights for a really good price. I know the bolt pattern does not match the WheelHorse holes in the rims. 4.5” vs 5”. My question is can I enlarge the holes so they will work with out having to drill new holes in the rims?

Thanks..

I just drilled new holes and they worked fine. I lined up the holes with a center punch.

Slim,

Drilled new holes in the weights or the rims? I was hoping to enlarge the holes in the weights.

I marked the end of a punch that was the same diameter of the bolts holes with a sharpie so it would leave a mark. Center punched the dots and drilled out with a 3/8 drill bit. Worked like a charm.

So the existing holes are no where close to matching up? I was thinking there is only a 1/2” difference and I could enlarge the existing holes to match. If that can’t be done, I will do like you did.
